Common questions

Answered briefly.

What does coverage cost?

It depends on shoot days, travel, crew size and how much editing is involved. We price transparently and name the figure before you commit. No surprises afterwards. For smaller tournaments we can often find an arrangement via sponsorship or value in kind.

How much lead time do you need?

Two weeks is the minimum, six weeks is comfortable. In peak season between May and September weekends go quickly. Ask early, even if not everything is settled yet.

Who owns the footage?

The video goes up on our channel and you get the link plus clearance to share and embed it anywhere. If you need raw footage or your own cut, we settle that up front in the quote.

Do you travel further afield?

Yes. We are based in Berlin but shoot across Germany and in neighbouring countries. Travel and accommodation then appear as a separate line in the quote.

Will you disrupt play?

No. We agree everything in advance with the tournament director and the players, keep our distance from the card and film under the same rules that apply to any spectator. Drone flights are cleared beforehand with you and the relevant authority.
